The challenge
The customer contacted Cross Rental Services looking for an air purification solution for a parents evening taking place in a school hall. The school supplied the room measurements and details of how many parents were expected to attend at any one time, and our team carried out a free site survey – allowing us to assess which units and how many would be needed for the room.
The solution
- After the site survey, we determined that two TAC V+ units would best suit this event.
- With parents arriving and leaving throughout the evening the TACV+ unit provides constant air pollution control and virus filtration in areas with high volume of traffic.
- Simple operation and fully automatic with no installation effort. The client would just need to “plug in and go”.
- The units were dispersed around the area in order to provide even air filtration and purification for the parents evening attendees and the school staff.
The outcome
The two TAC V+ air filtration units were on hire for a week providing clean and safe air for two busy nights of parent/teacher meetings. Our client was able to reassure guests of a safe environment allowing all involved to concentrate on their pupils and children.
